Yoga and its benefits.
Yoga is an all inclusive discipline that has been present in every ancient culture that has been kept alive in India through the more recent centuries.
Yoga gives insights through the stilling of the mind, into the deeper aspects of our inner being that exists beyond its limitations. In order to achieve these states of higher consciousness, they found that they had to work through the body and the breath, and in doing so, through this process, they found yoga to have great health benefits, which has come more to the fore through research in recent times.
Yoga, through its posture work and breathing techniques, has the capacity to bring the mind to a tensionless state while still conscious. This is the deepest form of relaxation, and the reason why it benefits greatly, as it rejuvenates, revitalizes and replenishes the whole body.
Yoga strengthens and keeps flexibility in the cardiovascular and muscular systems, and aids in the relief of aches and pains, stress, anxiety and depression. Yoga also helps in the development of self confidence, concentration and creativity. Yoga, when practiced regularly is a great means by which the body can remain flexible and healthy which brings about simple enjoyment in life and longevity.

If you have never done yoga before this is a good place to start as it will springboard you into yoga while those who have experienced yoga will help you to advance your practises.
These sessions are tailored to meet the personal needs of each individual person, focusing on helping you manage and improve your physical, psychological and emotional health and well- being.
Helping to alleviate strains, stresses and nervous tensions which build up and occur in the body every day and which can possibly lead to move debilitating health conditions.
These sessions help improve inner core stability, stretching, relaxing and improve breathing.
These personal sessions have the capacity to bring insight and give a clearer direction as to where you are heading in life, bringing trust and confidence in decision making and moving on with them.
At a deeper level these sessions encourage this intra-personal connecting which would otherwise be unavailable in a class surrounding. Blocked energies when cleared are able to be expressed more openly. Any personal matters or issues talked about are done so in a trusting, confidential environment.
